Vance Berry is the Principal Attorney of Tailwind Immigration Law. Vance graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2013, which U.S. News ranks among the top 20 law schools in the United States.

Vance’s legal practice has focused exclusively on immigration law for the past 10+ years. Vance is a Portland immigration attorney and serves clients located in the Portland area, throughout the United States, and abroad.
