To connect with attorney Vance Berry, press the “Let’s Talk” button and fill out the contact form. Vance will review your message and consider whether Tailwind Immigration Law’s services are likely to be helpful in your case. If so, the first step in the process will be to set up an initial consultation, either in person at Tailwind Immigration Law’s location in Portland or virtually.

Initial Consultation

Tailwind Immigration Law charges a fee of $200 for an initial consultation with Vance. Consultations normally take between 30 minutes and an hour, and payment is due within 30 days following the consultation. During the consultation, you will have the chance to ask any questions you may have. Given the complexity of U.S. immigration law, it is normal to have lots of questions!

We will seek to determine the ideal strategy to limit risks while improving your chances of success. During this initial meeting, Vance will discuss next steps and the timeline for the case, as well as the government filing fees and legal fees you can expect.

Representation

If we agree that representation would be in your best interest, Vance will prepare a representation agreement. Once this agreement is signed, Vance will send questionnaires and evidence checklists that will enable him to prepare your case. You will always communicate directly with Vance, and you can expect timely and thorough responses to your questions.
